The room with inbuilt jacuzzi.

We enjoyed rooms with inbuilt jacuzzi. It met needs. That hotel was in an exceptionally nice and perfect location, close to everything we wanted to see🙂😀😃

The room was exceptionally nice with a refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, and a writing table.

Nice building and rooms with inbuilt jacuzzi. Outstanding meals with soft drinks. Marvellous and exceptionally nice location, not too far from Willis Tower Skydeck, greatly enjoyed this place.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room felt comfortable and nice, and I appreciated having access to a shared bathroom along with my own shower. 😊.

Comfortable rooms that were very clean. Breakfast simple but fresh. A good base for exploring Salzburg.

Limited check out hours during winter - we needed to go early on our last day and couldn't wait for staff member to turn up. Also a little out of town but is fine if you don't mind walking.

This venue is conveniently located near the city center and the train station, making it easy to explore the nearby old town, and the room I booked was cozy with a private bathroom.

The location - some distance from the centre, beside a main road and on a trading estate.

Clean rooms, pleasant staff. We had no problems checking in late.

Breakfast was very basic (butter and jam with buns). Room prices at the reception desk were lower than Booked.net ones.

The units have their own shower instead of a double bed, which is nice. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, offering us great tips! 😊.

The hotel has a good price for Salzburg. It is basic, but the price reflects that.

Overall I wouldn't stay here again due to a few key things - firstly the location is a bit too far out of town (20min plus walk) or a bus. Secondly due to a lack of facilities. There is nowhere to store food in a fridge or to even heat anything up. There is also a small thermas of hot water in the hall which is only filled twice per day and if it runs out - bad luck. The staff were fine, but not overly friendly as I have found most staff to be after over 2mths travelling. I think it would be worth it to pay a bit more and have a better experience of Salzburg being closer to the town, restaurants and attractions, with some better basic amenities in the hotel. However Pension Elizabeth is good if you are just looking for a room and want to eat out every meal and don't intend to return to your hotel at all during the day.

Not a luxury accommodation, but you get exactly what described. Small clean room, we stayed in the one with shower included. Shared toilet was not a problem, was never occupied when needed. Breakfast simple, but sufficient. We've walked to the center easily (It's not really very far, if you're use to walking a bit. I was 7mnths pregnant at the time). Very nice, friendly staff, we ended up arriving after check in time, so called them and all was easily arranged.

This hotel has a magnificent and perfect location, just a short distance from the city center.

The hotel e-mailed me detailed directions including a map which was very helpfull, if only more hotels did this. The hotel is situated close to the main station but quite a long walk into the city. There are cheap and frequent buses closeby so not really a problem.

Convenient location near a train station 🚉. Rooms feature individual showers instead of shared double beds, which offers more privacy.
